Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our online support group for men. By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Membership Fee and Refund Policy:

1. The membership fee for accessing our online support group is $39 per month.
2. Users are entitled to a full refund of their first month's membership fee within 14 days of purchase, up to a maximum refund of $39.

Use of Platform:

1. Sharing Zoom links with individuals outside the organization is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in a ban from the platform.
2. Impersonating another individual within the community is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban from the platform.

Confidentiality: 

1. All information shared within the group sessions is strictly confidential. Users are expected to respect the privacy of others and refrain from disclosing any shared information outside of the community without explicit consent.

Conduct: 

1. Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during group sessions. Any illegal or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the group.

Data Sharing: 

1. Users are prohibited from sharing any personal information of other members outside of the community without their explicit consent or the consent of the organization.

Termination of Membership: 

1. The organization reserves the right to terminate a user's membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the organization.

Modification of Terms: 

1. The organization reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. By purchasing a membership and accessing our online support group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Release of Liability

PowerPivot’s Groups For Men is a service that provides groups and personal coaching to specific individuals and/or groups. The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care of ensuring my client is coached to meet their life coaching aims and goals, the client understands and acknowledges the coach will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the life coaching sessions. No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the client requesting such advice agrees not to hold PowerPivot, LLC. (Provider) responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord. The method and process by which this advice and direction is given in whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than clinical and medical counseling.

You (the client) agree that using any of these life coaching services are entirely at your own risk. Life coaching services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. This service is requested at the client's own choice and with inherent singular responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the client of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the client and is neither the responsibility nor liability of PowerPivot, LLC. The client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after being coached as well as the consequences. The client enters into coaching with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. Periodically, PowerPivot, LLC. may provide links to other web sites or written print material which may be of value, interest and convenience to you. This does not constitute endorsement of material at those sites or any associated organisation product of service. It is the responsibility of the user to make their own informed decision about the accuracy of the information at those sites and print material including their privacy policies. In no event shall PowerPivot, LLC. (Provider) be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use of the material.
